Young Blood's & Morning Star's Home of Information

Recipes Introduction

You will find one page of the Native American Recipes on these pages and only that. But we have put together a few recipes that we have come up with on our own.

With all the recipes, you can substitute with other ingredients for heart patients and diabetics. We recommend "Splenda" a No Calorie Sweetener as a substitute for sugar or honey. You can also leave out ingredients that you do not care for or are allergic to by substituting it with something you do like. We substitute for ourselves all the time, and we also do this for a diabetic friend when we have them over to visit, so we know it works.

There are links to other sites for Native American Recipes on the links page.  Please feel free to use our recipes for your own use and enjoy.
